Moscow is the capital of the Russian Federation and represents a unique set of old architecture masterpieces and modern high-tech buildings. If you want to know more about Moscow’s history, you need to take our city sightseeing tour! In only a few hours, you will have a glimpse of its main landmarks, such as the Red Square, the
Kremlin, the Victory Park, the White House, the Arbat, Christ-the-Saviour Cathedral, the observation platform of Sparrow hills, Lomonosov University… and much more! It is an interesting and efficient introduction to Europe’s biggest city.

Visit one of the most well-known sights of Moscow – the Kremlin, with its 19 towers and red brick walls. It was rebuilt several times after since its construction in 1156 byorder of Prince Yuri Dolgoruky as a wooden fortress. Today’s Kremlin was built during the 15th century by Italian architects after the seat of the Orthodox Church had been moved to Moscow. The rebuilding of cathedrals and chapels of that time shaped the modern appearance of the Kremlin.

Day 3 Moscow - Kazan

Nowadays Sergiev Posad is one of the most fascinating sights of the Golden Ring of Russia, however you may visit it during your trip to Moscow as well. It represents the finest pieces of traditional Russian architecture of the 14th – 15th centuries. In the Trinity Cathedral – the town’s main landmark – you may glimpse icons painted by Andrei Rublev and Daniel Chorny.

  • Transfer to the train station

  • Night train to Kazan 

Day 4 Kazan- train to Yekaterinburg 

  • Morning arrival to Kazan by train from Moscow

  • Meeting the guide

City tour around Kazan. The tour includes the most famous sights of Kazan: the Kazan University, Kazan Millennium Park, a Tatar village Tugan Avylym in the city center, Ekiyat puppet theater, Liberty Square, Kazanka river embankment, offering unique views of the coast of the Kazan Riviera, Kazan Family Сenter, Millenium Bridge, Kazan Arena Stadium.

Also you’ll visit Kazan Kremlin. You will see the Spassky tower, leaning tower Suyumbike, government buildings, visit the Kul-Sharif Mosque and the Cathedral of the Annunciation. You will be delighted with the beauty of the architecture and fascinated by interesting stories that will tell you professional tour guide. The route will stop for beautiful memorable photographs.

  • Tour to the UNESCO Island Town of Sviyazhsk with the stop at the “Temple of all Religions” (outside view).

Sviyazhsk is located at the confluence of the Volga and Sviyaga Rivers. The distance from Kazan to Sviyazhsk is about 60 km. Sviyazhsk was founded in 1551 as a fortress which was built within 4 weeks. It became a military base of the Russian army during the siege of Kazan in 1552 Now it’s historical and cultural gem of the Republic of Tatartan. The complex of city buildings includes the works of Ivan Shiryaj and Postnik Yakovlev, who is well known as one of the builders of Saint Basil's Cathedral on Red Square in Moscow. Picturesque nature, surrounding shallow, waters of bays attracted people since the ancient times.The Temple of All Religions is one of the most unusual tourist attractions of Kazan. It is an architectural symbiosis of various religions, civilizations and cultures. This temple, also sometimes called the Universal Temple, or the International Cultural Center of Spiritual Unity, is located in the Staroye Arakchino Microdistrict, right by the side of the Volga River.

  • Back to Kazan

  • Walking along Bauman Street, visit to souvenir shops.

  • Dinner at the local restaurant

  • 19:00 Transfer to the railway station to take a train #378 to Yekaterinburg at 20:08

  • Overnight on train to Yekaterinburg (2-berth compartment/ 4-berth compartment)

Day 5 Yekaterinburg 

  • 12:22 Arrival to Yekaterinburg from Kazan

  • Meeting the guide

  • Lunch at the local restaurant

  • 3 hours city tour around the city with visiting the main attractions of the city: The Dam, which was used to be a heart of each and every plant in the Urals in the 18th century; Chapel in the name of the great St. Catherine, Sevastianov’s House, central square of the city – Square of 1905, Yekaterinburg City Administration, Church on the Blood, print house building, Opera theater. You will have a chance to know Chekists Neighborhood, which was designed by a group of architects by order of Sverdlovsk NKVD office.

  • 3 hours tour to the border of Europe and Asia. The borderline starts in the eastern part of the city and continues in the western one. It runs through the Great Siberian highway to a column - obelisk “Europe and Asia boundary” established on crossroads of two parts of the world. The borderline that is lain out from Ural stones is so thin that tourists will be able to take photos of each other standing with one foot in Asia and with another in Europe! 

  • Transfer to hotel. Free time.

Day 6 YEKATERINBURG – EARLY MORNING TRAIN TO IRKUTSK (ODD DAY!)

  • 03:42 Departure by #02 to Irkutsk

Day 7: ON THE TRAIN

Day 8 IRKUTSK - LISTVYANKA (LAKE BAIKAL)
  • 07:40 Arrival to Irkutsk by train from Yekaterinburg
  • Meeting with English-speaking guide
  • Breakfast at the local cafe at hotel’s restaurant
  • 9.3 City tour around Irkutsk
  • 13 Lunch at local restaurant 
  • 14 Departure to Listvyanka
  • 14.45 On the way visit to the Taltsy museum of wooden architecture and ethnography
  • 17.00 Arrival to Listvyanka, visit of Saint Nicolas church in Krestovka village
  • Accommodation at Krestovaya Pad hotel 3*, renovated Twin/Dbl room
  • Free time and overnight
Day 9 LISTVYANKA – OLKHON ISLAND (WED AND SAT ONLY!!!)
  • One day trip to Olkhon by water on a hydrofoil is the fastest and easiest way to visit the island. Good choice for those who visit Siberia for a short break.
  • 8.10 In the morning boarding on a hydrofoil. The vessel goes to Olkhon island along the western shore of Baikal.
One can be both inside a hydrofoil and on the upper deck. The vessel goes fast and it is windy outside, please, take windproof jacket and a hat.
  • Boxed breakfast (sandwich, water).
  • 12.15 arrival in Olkhon, landing in Zagli bay on the southern tip of  Olkhon.
Olkhon is the biggest island on Baikal with an area of 730 km2. Many tourists from all over the world urge to visit it to see its natural and historic monuments and variety of landscapes.  Last years Olkhon becomes a popular place for films and advertising video shooting (Ex. The scent of life by Aqua di Gio).
  • Transfer to Khuzhir village on UAZ minivans. Khuzhir is the central settlement on Olkhon island. Its population is only 1200 people, and most of them work in tourist camps and souvenir shops.
  • Excursion in Khuzhir. The guide will tell about Buryats, shamanism, we visit Burkhan cape with through-cave in it.
  • Lunch in a local café (soup, 2 posas (buryat dumplngs), buiscuit, bread, tea). If you are a vegetarian or need a special diet, please inform us beforehand to choose another meals.
  • 15.30. Transfer back to Zagli bay on UAZ minivans
  • 17 - 21 the way back to Listvyanka on hydrofoil.
  • Arrival in Listvyanka.
Day 10 LISTVYANKA (LAKE BAIKAL) - IRKUTSK – EVENING TRAIN TO ULAN-UDE
  • Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant
  • 10 Meeting with English-speaking guide 
  • Excursion to Baikal museum with interactive immersion on a bottom of Baikal
  • 11.30 Excursion to Cherskiy peak by chair lift. You will admire the beautiful view of the Southern part of Lake
  • Baikal. When you rich the top of the pick you will be 700 meters above the sea level.
  • 13.00 Lunch at local restaurant
  • 14.00 Visit of local souvenir 
  • 15.00 Back to Irkutsk
  • 16.00 Excursion in Decembrist`s museum
  • 18.30 – 20:00 Dinner at the local restaurant closed to the hotel
  • Transfer to the railway station
  • 21:06 Departure by train #100 to Ulan-Ude
Day 11 ULAN-UDE
  • 04:46 Arrival to Ulan-Ude
  • Transfer to Park hotel 3* to have a rest and breakfast
  • 10:00 Trip to Ivolginskiy Datsan (distance is 30 km). It’s the center of Buddhism in Russia
  • 13:00 Lunch at the roadside café 
  • 14:00 Trip to the old believers village (distance is 60 km), stop at Omulevka hill from where you can watch a beautiful panoramic view of Selenga river
  • Visit to Big Kunaley village and meeting with the old believers’ family, getting acquaintance with their traditions
  • Dinner (vegetarian meal)
  • 20:00 Back to hotel and overnight
Day 12 ULAN-UDE – TRAIN TO VLADIVOSTOK (ODD DAYS!)
  • Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant
  • City tour around Ulan-Ude
  • Lunch at the local restaurant
  • Transfer to the train station
  • 15:02 Departure by train #2 to Vladivostok (2-berth compartment/ 4-berth compartment)
Day 13 - Day 14: ON THE TRAIN and overnight at train
Day 15 VLADIVOSTOK
  • 07:07 arrival to Vladivostok, the terminus station marking 9,288 km of railway travelled from Moscow.

  • 8 hours city tour with visiting the main attractions of the city.
It includes visiting view point on Egersheld, Railway station – the beginning and the end of the legendary Trans- Siberian Railway, Marine terminal, Central Square with the Monument to Fighters, Historical Center of Vladivostok, Svetlanskaya Street – the main street of Vladivostok, Nikolai Triumph Arch, Korabelnaya Nabereznaya and Nabereznaya of Tsesarevicha, “Eagle Nest” view point, Sport Harbor. During the tour you’ll visit to C-56 submarine museum and Arseniev museum.

  • After lunch at the local restaurant we’ll continue the excursion with crossing two modern cable-stayed bridges: Bridge across Zolotoy Rog Bay and Russky Bridge constructed in 2012 Brief excursion around Russky Island gives you the possibility to see the main attractions of the island: the large international business center, where summit's and forum’s main activities take place, Far Eastern University's campus, which has united Vladivostok's four largest universities (university buildings occupy an area of 200 ha), medical center with modern equipment, Primorsky Aquarium.

Day 16 Vladivostok – departure
