Way of payment:

According to Win-Win Tour Travel Company’s policy all tours are sold on 100% pre-payment conditions.  Currently we accept payment in EUR or USD by a bank transfer to our account (according to our invoice sent to your e-mail address).

NOTE: Once you have made the payment to your bank, please send us a copy of the bank transfer document by email to wintourkzn@gmail.com.

Another way of payment is Internet acquiring.
This service allows arranging non-cash payments for tourist services offered by our company via Internet using payment cards of International payment systems (Visa International, MasterCard Worldwide) and Russian payment system.

Payment deadline:

​

For most individual tours is 2 weeks before arrival.
For most group tours is 3 weeks before arrival.
In some cases when we need to pay for the services ordered by you – e.g. train tickets – we need to get the payment 90 days before train’s departure when the train tickets' sale starts.
Air tickets should be paid according to the rules of the Air Agency. 
All the necessary conditions are subject of mutual communications.

Cancellation and refunds:

Once your booking has been confirmed by Win-Win Tour Travel Company cancellations can only be accepted in writing.  In case you have to cancel your trip after sending us your payment the following charges will apply

For individual tourists:
Over 7 days prior to scheduled arrival – no charge;
7-3 days prior scheduled arrival – 100% of the cost for the first night of accommodation (hotel only);
Less than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival – 100% of the cost of the 1st day of the tour.

For group of tourists (8 pax or more):
Over 21 days prior to scheduled arrival – no charge;
20-15 days prior to scheduled arrival – 100% of the cost for the first night of accommodation (hotel only);
14-7 days prior to scheduled arrival – 50% of the cost of the 1st day of the tour;
Less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival – 100% of the cost of the 1st day of the tour.

In case no payment is sent to our account in time, all bookings made for the tourist will be cancelled.
